WHAT LATEX WE USE ?
FAQs – Ultimax use German latex Qualities on all our gloves, as we feel this offers the best performance in all conditions after extensive testing and prototyping.
WHAT SIZE SHALL I BUY?
This will depend on a few factors, but really it depends what type of fit you want from your glove. Using the size guide, you will get the right size if you enjoy having a snug fit. If you’re someone who uses finger protection, we generally recommend to buy a size up from what the guide suggests, as finger protection in a tight fitting glove is not always the most comfortable combination.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PRODUCTS TO ARRIVE?
This will depend on where you are in the world.. AllUK orders will be packaged and dispatched within two days of receiving the order (although for the most part this is done same day!). This means that for all UK orders they arrive within a week. If you require your order urgently then you should choose the correct shipping service as per your urgency. There is an urgent next day delivery service available only for week days
All international parcels take 7-10 working days.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ?
Yes, you can Change or Cancel your order before we despatch your order to you. Once its despatched buyer will be responsible for return shipping. Refund will be applicable only on product price.
WHEN WILL I GET REFUND
Soon as we received the item back in unused condition with original packaging we will process refund next working day.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY
You can return the product in unused condition within 14 days of your purchase for full refund. You will have to pay for return postage.
