Returns & Refunds

You may return unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be in original packaging with all tags intact.
• For hygiene reasons, used gloves or worn sportswear cannot be returned unless defective.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned goods, back to your original payment method.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days at [
ultimaxig@outlook.com]. We will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
